Kyle Halbert

Kyle brings three decades of public service, a lifelong commitment to people, and deep investment in the Brazos Valley to every real estate transaction.

A Houston native, Kyle came to Aggieland to attend Texas A&M University, Class of ’95. He’s called the Bryan–College Station area home for more than 30 years. It’s where he met his wife, Natalie, Class of ’99, and where they chose to put down roots and raise their family.

Kyle and Natalie have four daughters, all raised in rural Brazos County, where the girls grew up in 4-H. Their two oldest have graduated from Texas A&M and launched into careers of their own, and two more future Aggies are still at home. Country living has always been at the heart of their family life. Some of Kyle’s favorite days are spent hunting with his kids, and he still never misses a date night with Natalie. The family is also actively involved in their church in Franklin.

Kyle’s 30 years in law enforcement have taught him the value of truly listening, attention to detail, and communicating with clarity. Those same skills guide how he serves his real estate clients, whether they’re buying their first home, selling a family property, or searching for acreage in the country.

Kyle knows a home is more than a house. After decades of serving his community, he’s excited to help families find the place where their own story will unfold.
